The information we collect
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- your first and last name
- your email address and phone number
- your company name
- the details of your enquiry and anything else you choose to include in your message

Please do not include sensitive information, such as details about your health, in your enquiry. We do not need it to respond to you. If you do send it, we will only use it where the law allows.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the website secure and working properly.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects information about how you use the website. See our cookie policy for details. The fonts on this website are hosted on our own server, so no information is sent to Google when pages load.
Information from others
If you contact one of our member companies directly and your enquiry is better suited to another member, that company may share your enquiry with us or with the relevant member so they can help you.
How we use your information
Under data protection law we must have a lawful basis for each way we use your personal information. We use it as follows:
| What we use it for | Lawful basis |

Where we rely on legitimate interests, our interest is in responding to enquiries efficiently and running the group’s business. We only rely on it where it is not outweighed by your rights and interests.
Giving us your information is voluntary, but if you do not provide the details we ask for, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry. We never sell your personal information, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
